Simplify, then add lightness. Our exploration of ‘lightweight’ uses an ergonomic unsung-hero of minimalism to convey functional product design, wireframe eyewear. Our aim became a study of line and form, hover, float and bounce, in a soft, slow and edited look at minimalism in 3D for a delicate object, seemingly one of function over form, but elevate it (literally) with a distinctive feel of ‘beauty in lightweight’ functionality.
