Retouching guidelines were defined on the spot, creative intent was protected and technical constraints were solved before they became problems.

Having post-production expertise on set also unlocked space for smart testing.We planned captures that enabled stop‑motion movement, built precise still‑image plates to reduce redundant shooting and designed versatile layering systems that allowed a single capture to generate multiple outputs.This foundation made it possible to test AI responsibly, where it could genuinely add value. From AI‑assisted motion design to adaptive variations, technology was used as an accelerator, not a shortcut.
