EDIT · Coming 2027

Pick, hand off and approve your shoot in one place

Arriving in 2027: one place where your team, your agency and your crew choose selects together, send them to Bespoke with everything we need, and sign off on every round. It starts on set and keeps your finals safe long after delivery.

How it works

From set to finals, in one place

A walkthrough of EDIT in five steps: images upload from set, the team picks together, the approver sends selects to Bespoke, a retouched round comes back and is approved, and the approved finals fill the Finals library.

01 · Align

Everyone picks together, wherever they are

The client team, the agency, the photographer and the DIT work in the same shoot at the same time. Nobody waits for a contact sheet to come back by email.

  • Stars, colour lists, team picks

Rate with stars and sort into colour lists. See where the team agrees: filter to 2+ picks, no rejects, and the shortlist builds itself.

  • Notes on the image

Pin a note to the exact spot it is about, so the comment and the detail stay together.

  • Live, for everyone

See who’s here now. Every pick, star and note syncs the moment it’s made.

  • One person sends

The approver makes the final call and sends the selects to Bespoke.

02 · Head start

Start picking while the shoot is still going

Upload straight from set. Images appear as they land, so the team starts choosing before the last frame is shot, and post-production can plan before the wrap.

  • Built for big files

Uploads pick up where they left off if the connection drops. Large RAW files are fine, Fuji GFX RAF included, and RAW + JPEG pairs stay together.

  • Culling that feels familiar

Loupe, compare and stacks, the way photographers already work. Check focus at 1:1 with one click.

  • A second pair of eyes

EDIT marks frames that are possibly soft and faces where the eyes may be closed, so you check them before they make the list.

  • Shot list coverage

Paste the shot list and see what’s covered and what’s still missing while the set is still lit.

03 · Handoff

Every select arrives with its brief attached

When the approver presses send, Bespoke gets each image with its retouch notes, marks, deliverables, priority and wanted-by date. No folders to rename, no notes to retype.

  • Checked against your estimate

The send pop-up puts what you’re sending next to the image count on your estimate, so any gap shows up before work starts.

  • Send in batches

Heroes first? Send the priority images now and the rest when they’re ready.

  • Rounds in the same place

Retouched rounds come back to EDIT as R1, R2 and on. Mark up, comment, approve. You always know which round you’re on and how many are included.

04 · Prints

Order prints from your approved finals

Choose the finals, the sizes and the papers. Split copies across addresses. Bespoke sends a quote, handles the order and gives you tracking for every package.

  • Contract proofs

For press, on GRACoL, SWOP or FOGRA.

  • Art prints

On fine-art papers, colour-managed by Bespoke.

  • Match prints

In Adobe RGB, sRGB or Display P3, to check colour against screen.

05 · Archive

Archive what matters: the finals

Most of a shoot never needs keeping. The finals do. Keep with Bespoke stores your approved finals, so they are there when the next campaign needs them.

  • Ready or Deep

Ready keeps files online to download any time. Deep keeps them in cold storage, back on request after a short wait.

  • 1, 3 or 5 years

Pick a term. Your plan shows when it is due for renewal.

  • More, if you need it

Keep the finals with your selects’ originals, or everything you uploaded. Ask for any of it back when you need it.
